Just had notification that Jenny Julian came 4th in her age group (25-29) missing a medal by 20 seconds, David Bourne was 16th and Keith Mahon 20th both in the (45-49) age group. In what turned out to be really awful conditions with water temps at 12 degrees and pouring rain all three put in great efforts. Fantastic first age group champs for them all well done, you rock!

Big belated thak you to the guys who biked over to cheer. Really appreciated the support on what turned out to be a blistering (heat not speed) run!!
I had a good day, pleased witht he swim and bike...though still work to be done... and and the smiles really helped.
