Weymouth Tri - This Sunday!

After my e-mail in the week I have had a number of people text me to let me know they are racing on Sunday so good luck and Go Hard to Clare Busst getting ready for her first effort at 70.3 later this year! Dr Dave, Stu, Luke, Gavin, Paolo. Remember dont go too hard to start lets build to that negative split :-)
