Local Tri Girl Claire Smith is raising money for the Bournemouth Hospital Jigsaw Appeal by attempting a a double Ironman. On Aug 2/3rd I will swim 4.8 miles, bike 224 miles and then run 52 miles within 40 hours. She is taking part on the Birmingham based raced this summer. Go Girl its a fantastic cause!
