When faced with the option to run into a strong head wind whilst negotiating large piles of seaweed, I think it would be fair to say that most people may decline, but not club member Helen Wright.
Helen set off on the Milford & Keyhaven 5 mile road race (24th Oct 2011) with sheer determination and will power, and came across the line to take 3rd place in the Female Vet category.
With a time of 40min 37sec Wendy also claimed 9th Overall Female.
Excellent show or courage Helen, well done.
